After fifteen years of management consulting in bigger cities, Fortune 500s, startups, and most of what sits between, this practice was built closer to the mountains. The work didn't get smaller; the commute did.
Most of what we do now sits at one intersection: businesses that need a clear strategy and businesses that need to bring AI into their operations without losing the judgment that made them worth building. Those turn out to be the same conversation.
